Privacy policy.
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This policy describes how LIQUIX (a design and branding studio in Sofia) collects, uses and protects the personal data you provide to us through the website liquix.bg, and how we use cookies.
1. Data controller
Data controller: Paolina Kostadinova, an individual who runs LIQUIX (a design and branding studio in Sofia).
Phone: +359 884 315 000
Contact about data questions: via the enquiry form on the website or by phone.
2. What data we collect
When you send an enquiry through the website form, we collect:
- name;
- email address;
- the selected service;
- the text you wrote in the message.
We do not collect special categories of personal data, and the form does not ask for them.
Only if you accept cookies in the banner on the website, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel collect data about your visit: which pages you open, how long you stay on them, which device and browser you use, your approximate location, and which ad or website brought you here. See section 6 for details.
3. How we use the data and on what legal basis
We use the data only to respond to your enquiry, send you a quote and maintain communication about it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR).
We use data from Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how the website is used, to improve it and to measure the results of our ads. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the button in section 6.
4. How long we keep the data
We keep the data for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and to provide follow-up service, but for no longer than one year. If we do not start working together, the data is deleted once the communication ends, unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Who has access to the data
- Netlify – a hosting provider that receives and stores enquiries submitted through the form and sends a notification to our email.
- LIQUIX – only the team that handles enquiries.
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) – only if you have accepted cookies.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta Pixel) – only if you have accepted cookies.
Data from the enquiry form is not sold and is not passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Cookies and third-party services
On your first visit the website asks whether you accept cookies. Until you click “Accept”, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are not loaded and their cookies are not set. If you decline, the website works exactly the same.
If you accept, we use:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) – visit statistics. Cookies
_gaand_ga_*, valid for up to 2 years. Google keeps the data in Analytics according to the data retention setting. - Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) – measuring our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Cookie
_fbp, valid for up to 90 days. Meta may also use this data under its own privacy policy.
Google and Meta may also process data in the United States. Both companies participate in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your choice is stored in your browser (in localStorage, not as a cookie) for 12 months. After that, the website will ask you again.
The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your IP address may be passed to Google when the page is opened.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise your rights, write to us through the enquiry form or call +359 884 315 000.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), cpdp.bg.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page.
